The hotel had amazing staff who knew how to treat guests like guests and went the extra mile to assist. the room was outstanding and well taken care of. - the location was favorable, next to a restaurant, shops, and Kruger Phabeni gate. - It was only 3 miles from Shangana Cultural Village.

The standard twin room had climate control, a private safe, and an electronic key card, facilities worked for us. It overlooked garden and had an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Spacious and well-kept room with a comfortable large bed. the location was super convenient, right next to Kruger National Park, the restaurant, and lots of activities in the area. 🌳 Great spot for exploring around here!

The location was nice for Hazyview, a short walk to almost everything, including the reptile park, Elephant Whispers, Kruger National Park. It was in a beautiful area.

We had an amazing time at this place! The staff was very kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The spa on site was a real treat, we enjoyed a full body massage and were impressed with the quality of service in the spa lounge. The leisure facilities were great, the children loved the pool and there were so many other activities to choose from like table tennis and golf. Our room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen tv.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful reception staff at the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's location near Kruger National Park was a major plus, making it convenient for our visit. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel offered complementary coffee and tea in the room, which was a nice touch. the location was great for accessing nearby tourist attractions and the view from the balcony was stunning. the pool area was also well maintained, making it a fantastic spot to relax after a long day.

The restaurant was not up to par, with a limited menu and slow service. the room showed some wear and tear and could use some updating to improve the overall experience.

Great views and close to Kruger Park! The resort grounds are well-maintained with beautiful gardens and a refreshing pool. Loved the self-catering aspect which allowed us to cook our own meals. The kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed.

Some exceptions to cleanliness! Sadly, we found dirty utensils in the cutlery drawer.

My partner and I had an incredible stay at this resort. the spacious chalet we booked had modern decor and air conditioning in each bedroom. We enjoyed using the open-plan dining and lounge area after long days exploring the nearby attractions. the staff were always helpful and attentive to our needs. the location was ideal as it was close to adventurous places such as Skytrail and Induna Adventures.

We experienced some delays with the breakfast service one morning, but the resort quickly remedied the problem by offering buffets for faster service.
